The customer will receive an email outlining the refund and order details upon completion.
- Go to Payment History > Orders.
- Locate the transaction with any pertinent information such as customer name or Order ID.
- In the Order Items section, click START ITEM REFUND for the applicable line item.

- Enter the refund amount.

- Click the gray Refund $$ (shows amount specified) button.
- Once the page refreshes, in the Pending Refunds section, click the red Process Refunds button.

- In the confirmation popup, click Process Refund.

- The page will refresh and display a confirmation message once complete.
