Use Payment History to quickly look up customer orders via Payment History by Items or Payment History by Orders.
Item History
Payment History by Items shows each item found in a customer cart. Searches can be filtered by any of the entities (columns). Export the results to an Excel report where filtering is still accessible. In Portal, columns can be customized to show, hide, freeze (stays in place while scrolling), or change arrangement. Custom settings are saved per user and can be changed at any time. Custom settings will reflect in the export; verify all necessary columns display before export.
Order History
Payment History by Orders helps staff look up payments, reprint/resend receipts, and process refunds. Search for orders using any pertinent information. If the user permissions allow, partial or full refunds can be issued.
