- Go to Settings > Receipt Notes.
- Under Name, use the search field (change filter to "Contains") to identify if the note already exists.
If the search yields results, check the message accuracy. If necessary, apply any changes and click UPDATE.
If the search yields no results, proceed.
- Click + NEW RECEIPT NOTE.
- Next to Name, enter a descriptive title (internal reference).
- In the Note Text field, enter the note.
- Click UPDATE.
