The process to disable auto-replenish depends on the integration type: web service (manage via default item) or file drop (manage via import list). Auto-replenish settings can be adjusted at any time.
File Drop Integration
- Go to SETTINGS > IMPORT LISTS.
- Click the Auto-Replenish Settings tab.
- Toggle the settings by clicking TURN ON AUTO-REPLENISH or TURN OFF AUTO-REPLENISH.
- Click UPDATE.
Web Service Integration
- Go to INVENTORY > ITEMS.
- Locate the default item using the SKU (Skyward "SKY25", QMLATIV "Q01", PowerSchool "PS01").
- Double-click the row to edit.
- Click the Auto-Replenish tab.
- Toggle the settings by clicking TURN ON AUTO-REPLENISH or TURN OFF AUTO-REPLENISH.
When enabled, additional auto-replenish settings display: start/end date, alerts, default threshold, and default increase amount.
- Click UPDATE.
