Processing Schedule
Auto-replenish will process after 7:00 PM CT when the food account balance falls below threshold.
Transactions
A transaction will be processed for when a food account balance falls below the predetermined threshold ("When my balance falls below"). The threshold is defined by the customer and can be adjusted at any time. A transaction will process through the customer account once per food account, per day. If a payment was made the previous day after 7:00 PM CT, auto-replenish will not execute a transaction against the previous transaction. If multiple students are linked to the same customer account and the food balance falls below the respective thresholds, auto-replenish will process the payments in a single transaction. If two or more customers are linked to a single food account, and both have enabled auto-replenish for that account, both customer accounts will be charged based on the customers' respective thresholds.
Failed Transactions
If an auto-replenish transaction fails to process, the account is disabled for future transactions. The customer is notified of the failed transaction by email and informed that the account settings must be updated. The email will include a link to the Web Store account with instructions on updating the payment method. The payment method must be updated before re-establishing auto-replenish.
Timing with Imports
Auto-replenish will run 15 minutes after the import process.
Customer Setup
Auto-replenish setup begins on the Web Store item page. An email is sent to the customer confirming the successful setup. Settings can be managed through the item or the customer's account.
Customer Notifications
When the following takes place, an email will be sent to customers who have enabled auto-replenish:
- An individual enables auto-replenish
- An individual disables auto-replenish
