Parents are unable to checkout after selecting their student from the drop-down in an item page.
Verify with school how they are validating the students. In the Portal, go to Items > Edit Item > Import List and validate the appropriate boxes are checked and that the right list is linked.
Order did not export and is using date range for export range
The order date is local time and export by date range is CST.
- Look up order date/time and time zone of district
- Verify export range (ie. new orders only, by date range)
- If by date range and the order was placed in a different time zone within an hour of midnight, then have the district look for the order in the next export.
