Contacts who are added to Portal via Order Entry are sent an email with a temporary password and instructions on how to update it. Staff who add new contacts in the CONTACTS tab should request the customer change the password to a secure, new one (an email is not automatically sent).
Password Guidelines
The following symbols are not accepted: < ( ' ) >
- Minimum of 8 characters
- Mixture of letters, numbers, and special characters (i.e. ! ? @ #)
- Uppercase and lowercase letters
- Non-personal information
Example of a strong password: RtMn9201RR.
Customers can change the password. Password reset emails are sent from webstores@revtrak.com.
