Web Store and Order Entry customers can view and manage login credentials, past transactions, and payment methods. Order Entry express contacts do not have this ability.
Log in to Web Store Account
- On the Web Store home page, log in via the popup prompt or click LOGIN.
- In the navigation bar, hover over MY ACCOUNT and click My Settings.
View/Manage Account Features
ORDER HISTORY
Click a listed transaction to view details and/or print the receipt.
ACCOUNT
Edit customer contact information such as name, address, phone, and email.
PAYMENT
Payment methods can be saved to the account for convenience. A saved method can be designated the default option. Customers can add, edit, or remove payment methods.
LINKED ACCOUNTS
Useful when the Web Store's organization uses import lists in payment items (for example, items that ask for last name and ID). Low balance emails, food service balance auto-replenish, and linked account removal can be accomplished in this section.
