RevTrak Portal is the administrative side of the Web Store. Staff with user permissions can view reports, process refunds, and find a host of other time-saving functions.
- Dashboard – At any time, click Dashboard to return to Portal homepage.
- Navigation Bar – Left-side of Portal; depending on the assigned user permissions, some links and features may not be visible to some users.
- Order Entry – Process in-person payments. Please refer to articles in Order Entry for details.
- Payment History – Review payments by order or item.
- Reports – View deposit reports and transaction details.
- Contacts – Access order details for specific customers and manage customer details.
- Settings – View assigned user permissions.
- Inventory – Manage items. For support or training, contact support@revtrak.zendesk.com.
- Other Links – Access external, related links.
- Current User – Click username in top-right corner to manage login, preferences, and sign out.
