Congratulations on receiving your new CPP Payment Terminal! Follow these steps to get your payment terminal up and running.
1) Power Up Your Device
Locate the charging cable that came with your device and plug it in, then power it on.
2) Connect to WiFi
Head to Device Settings to connect to your WiFi network. Note that your device can only connect to 2.4GHz WiFi networks (not 5GHz). Additional WiFi connection support
Once connected, your device will automatically download the latest software update. Initial setup and updates may take several hours the first time. Future updates are automatic and typically take only a few minutes.
Once the updates have completed, you will be prompted to enter your activation code.

3) Enter Activation Code
When the activation code screen appears, simply enter your activation code.
The activation codes for each device were emailed to the administrator who made the order.
Each device has its own unique code (one per serial number), and don't worry about capitalization - the code isn't case sensitive.
4) Add your device to RevTrak or Vanco Events
Adding devices to your platform is as easy as selecting "Add a new Device ID"
Enter the 8 digit Device ID into the "Enter Device ID" dialog box (the same ID that is found on the home screen of your activated device.)
