| Will Client Services (CS) continue to support building forms? | Yes, the client services team will continue to assist building forms that require payments. |
| Why can’t I have a responders list mid-form? | The updated design helps avoid unauthorized users filling out a form by requiring credentials at the beginning of the form. |
| How do I get moved to the next tier of services? | We’ll need to get a written agreement in place and then we can easily update your tier. |
| What is a submission? | A submission is when a parent/student answers all required questions in a form. E.g. 30 parents fill out a form, there are 30 submissions. |
| Will this impact any of my other integrations in RevTrak (i.e. Powerschool, etc.) | No. RevTrak Forms will not impact any existing/future integrations in RevTrak. |

| Can I duplicate an existing custom form that I created? | Yes, there is a duplicate button in the forms builder page. |
| Can I sign up for automated reports? | Yes. Using the results section, you can navigate to the setting of the form and select to receive the report weekly or daily. |
| Can I create a form without payments? | Yes, however, this is a great opportunity to add a donation field. Support to have Client Services build non-payment forms requires upgrading to the Premium tier. |
