Quick Link: ConnexPoint Dashboard Training [Video]
This help document is intended to walk RevTrak Web Store users through what changes they can expect when the back-end software used to process payments and manage funding for your RevTrak Web Store has been upgraded to ConnexPoint, Vanco’s premium payment platform.
What changes can RevTrak clients whose Web Store is now supported by ConnexPoint funding expect?
Most things about your Web Store will remain the same. The way families and students access and use the Web Store will not change, and any stored methods of payment are not impacted by this change. You and other RevTrak users will continue to access and use your Web Store’s Admin Portal in the same way they always have.
What has changed is that your organization now has access to the ConnexPoint dashboard for expanded reporting and self-service options for your Web Store. Training & information for how to use this new tool can be found below. During and leading up to migration, you can expect the following:
- Funding migration occurs on the first of a new month so that all transactions from that month will be included in the new ConnexPoint statements and reports.
- There will be no change to the behavior of Web Store or RevTrak Admin Portal functionality throughout the first month.
- The changes outlined below will be noticed once statements for the month have been generated.
- If you are new to ConnexPoint, you will be set up as a ConnexPoint user to access the ConnexPoint dashboard. Once access has been granted, an email is generated and sent to you giving you information about how to access the ConnexPoint Dashboard. If you have any questions about this process, please contact client services at 888.847.9885.
