Activating and deactivating ("turn on" or "turn off") an item is a quick process. There are two methods: using the individual item editor or mass updating.
IMPORTANT! If the item is associated with Simpliforms, the form must also be made inactive. If you do not have Simpliforms admin access, contact RevTrak to deactivate the form.
1st Method: Item Editor
- Go to Inventory > Items.
- Locate the item.
- Open the item editor.
- Next to Show It, select the checkbox to activate or deselect to deactivate.
- Click UPDATE.
2nd Method: Mass Update
- Go to Inventory > Items.
- Locate the item.
- In the top-right, click Mass Update.
- In the SHOW IT column, in the item's row, select the checkbox to activate or deselect to deactivate.
- Click SAVE CHANGES (green button).
