Eligibility list import options
For every import, RevTrak compares the information in the import file to the Fee Management information already in RevTrak. You have three options for handling the import file information: Add/Update, Replace, and Delete.
- Add/update - All students in the eligibility list are assigned to the fee(s) associated with that list.
- Replace -This option overwrites existing RevTrak records with the information in the eligibility list. Which means, all students in the eligibility list are assigned to any fee(s) associated with that list, and any students not in the eligibility list, who were previously assigned the fee(s) via the eligibility list, will have those fee(s) removed.
- Delete - The fee(s) associated to the eligibility list are removed from all the students included in that list.
